15 Jul 2020 10:42 I love these so much! They're comfortable and breathable. The only problem is that the fabric catches dust easily but basically every black fabric does that. I also have a bit of blue thread poking out at the butt, though it's not that big of a problem. The delivery took very long to arrive but I blame that on the corona crisis. Overall I'm very satisfied! |

29 Apr 2020 07:29 I'm 167 cm and it was a bit too short for me (it's above my ankles) even tho I sized up (normally I have size S but i wanted to be sure it will fit me, I chose to take size M even tho it is a bit to big around the waist but I can fix that with a belt so no problem there) The quality is really good, only a few lose dreads but that's okay |

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
